Hong Kong - New World First Ferry Services Limited ("First Ferry") and New World First Ferry Services (Macau) Limited ("First Ferry (Macau)") are awarded the 5 Consecutive Years Caring Company Logo by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, in recognition of their contributions and outstanding achievements in serving the community.

The caring company scheme aims to build a caring community spirit through cultivating corporate citizenship and strategic partnership among the business, public and non-profit organizations. Awarded companies are recognized for their efforts in volunteering charity work and sponsoring charitable organizations.

Since service commencement, First Ferry and First Ferry (Macau) have actively supported a variety of community activities, including fund raising events organized by Hong Kong Christian Service and The Hong Kong Health Education and Health Promotion Foundation. The two companies have also been sponsoring for years the citywide "Elderly Day" and "International Day of Disabled Persons" which offer free ride service to the senior citizens and the disabled.
