First Ferry Offers Free Rides For the Senior Citizen’s Day 2009

(9 November 2009, Hong Kong) New World First Ferry Services Limited ("First Ferry") supports the Senior Citizen's Day 2009 on 15 November 2009 (Sunday) by offering ordinary ferry free ride service to the elderly.

On 15 November 2009, cardholders of Senior Citizen Card issued by the Social Welfare Department can enjoy free rides on First Ferry services simply by presenting the card to piers' frontline staff. Free ride is applicable to Ordinary class of ordinary ferry for the following routes only:

l Central - Cheung Chau

l Central - Mui Wo

l Inter Islands (Peng Chau - Mui Wo - Chi Ma Wan - Cheung Chau)

l North Point - Kowloon City

l North Point - Hung Hom

* Deluxe class of ordinary ferry and fast ferry services of the above routes are NOT applicable

First Ferry has actively involved in community activities and spared no effort in serving the community and the needy. First Ferry wishes the elderly enjoy the Elderly Day.
