  Lantau Island
Cheung Chau
Pak Tai Temple -
The Pak Tai Temple takes only 10 mins walk from the pier. Pak tai Temple was built in 1783 and is the oldest temple on the island. Pak Tai Temple is the religious centre of Cheung Chau and there are still some historical relics in the temple. The famous "Bun Festival" is held in front of the temple every year. Pak Tai Temple is now under restoration.
Tung Wan Beach -
Along the coast, and passing through Pak Tai Temple, there lies Tung Wan Beach. The water is clear and sands are fine in Tung Wan Beach. It is a popular place for leisure and water recreation activities for both Cheung Chau residents and visitors.
Rock Carving -
Situated next to the Warwick Hotel lies the 3,000 year-old rock carving. It stands upwards facing the sea and is believed to protect fishermen.
Kwun Yum Wan Beach -
Kwun Yum Wan Beach is well equipped with water-sports facilities including canoeing and windsurfing. This is also the training ground for San-san, Hong Kong's first Olympic Gold Medal winner.
Cheung Po Tsai Cave -
You can go on foot along the Coastline and be there in 45 mins. The Cheung Po Tsai Cave is the hiding place of a pirate in the 19th century, and this is also the place where the robbed treasures were kept. Try yourself and test your luck!
