The professional team at First Ferry strives to deliver excellent customer service and with wide spectrum of communication channels, to achieve customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Hotline

The Interactive Voice Response System provides a 24-hour customer service to passengers, together with Customer Service Officers answering enquiries and providing timely assistance in person during office hours. Passengers can also check the sailing schedule or feedback their views through the automated system outside office hours.

Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am – 12:55pm and 2:15pm – 5:00pm

Service Suggestions Email

First Ferry have provided a designated email account for passengers to inquire or feedback their views towards ferry services round the clock.

Lost Property Service

Passengers who have misplaced their belongings when travelling onboard can make a report through the following channels or refer to the lost-property notice displayed on the notice boards at piers.
