The Interactive Voice Response System provides a 24-hour customer service to passengers, together with Customer Service Officers answering enquiries and providing timely assistance in person during office hours. Passengers can also check the sailing schedule or feedback their views through the automated system outside office hours.
Office hours of Customer Service Officer are 9:00am – 12:55pm and 2:15pm – 5:00pm from Mondays to Fridays and 9:00am – 12:00nn on Saturdays (Except Sundays & public Holidays).
